The main difference between portables and traditionally built classrooms lies within their construction method rather than the learning space itself.

Portable classrooms and traditional classrooms are the same when it comes to safety standards, building codes, and building materials used. Our portables are designed and manufactured to be functionally and aesthetically indistinguishable from traditional classroom spaces, and come fully equipped with climate control for comfort.

Leasing with a full-service provider is often more cost effective than buying.

Portable ownership may seem more appealing upfront, but when the costs to maintain, move, and dispose of buildings inevitably come into play, the true lifetime cost of buying is likely to exceed the overall cost of leasing.

Modular construction is a building method where structures are constructed in standardized sections, or "modules," in a controlled factory setting. Buildings are then transported to site where they are assembled (if necessary) and installed.

Modular construction uses the same materials and follows the same codes as traditional construction, while off-site fabrication offers the benefits of faster construction times, improved quality control, and less on-site disruption.
