General Manager

Christine started with BOXX Modular when the company first entered the Ontario market back in 2007. Starting as a Branch Administrator, she has spent the past 18 years proving her merit, and working her way up the organization through sales and into Branch Management. Due to her success, she was selected as the ideal General Manager for the C.L. Martin team in 2024.

Having been a pivotal player in developing BOXX Modular's presence in Ontario, Christine has a deep understanding of the modular industry. She also brings a unique perspective to the table, as she understands and has direct experience with almost all levels within the organization.

She values hard work, dedication, and honesty in her peers and staff, and leads by example.

Reg is a certified autobody technician that has been with the C.L. Martin team since 2010. Having started as a CLM craftworker, Reg has experience in almost every hands-on task when it comes to portable care, including: delivery, installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and more.

With his intimate knowledge of the portable planning and installation process gained through his 15 years of direct experience, Reg became CLM's Logistics Manager in 2024. As Logistics Manager, Reg continues to be a valuable asset to the team by planning and overseeing all portable moving and installing with diligence and attention-to-detail.

Justin joined C.L. Martin in the summer of 2013 as a post-secondary student, working with the maintenance and carpentry crews installing buildings on site. He worked so well with the team that, five years later, he was promoted to full time work as a service technician and carpenter.

Justin is the perfect example of how hard work can help you build a solid career. Due to his skill and dedication to the CLM team, Justin has maintained his upward trajectory throughout the years, becoming a Lead Service Technician in 2020 and Operations Manager at the beginning of 2025. As Operations Manager, Justin dutifully and reliably oversees the building and manufacturing process for new portable classrooms, as well as the carpentry-related service and installation of units on site.

Marty has a long history delivering modular solutions to the education sector in Ontario, having been with C.L. Martin for an impressive 44 years. Born and raised in the local area, he joined the team in 1981 as a part-time student and started full-time work 4 years later.

Marty spent his first 25 years working in the operations side of CLM, primarily in portable delivery and installation, and the next 14 managing transportation. In 2024, he pivoted his career and took an open role as Sales Representative. Everyday, Marty demonstrates that it's never too late to take a chance and learn a new craft. He uses his wealth of knowledge within the industry to succeed in his new role, and supports the team with his extensive knowledge of CLM's rich history.

Contracts Administrator & Accounting Specialist

Karen has been a pivotal member of the C.L. Martin team for 13 years. When she began her role in 2012, she brought with her a wealth of finance and accounting knowledge as a Charted Professional Accountant (CPA). Having filled many shoes within the small-town company over the years, from payroll to general ledger management, she is a 'jack-of-all-trades' when it comes to office administration.

Today, Karen continues to be the backbone of CLM's office administration. Her daily tasks include full-cycle contract administration, fleet administration, accounting, invoicing, and more. If C.L. Martin's internal mechanisms run like a well-oiled machine, Karen is the oil!
